Welcome to Mobile Planet. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and repair services. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 of India.

1. Services Offered

Mobile Planet offers mobile device sales, accessories, and expert repair services ("Services"). All quotes, estimated repair times, and product availability are subject to change without prior notice based on parts availability and current market conditions in India.

2. User Obligations

• You must be at least 18 years of age to form a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use our services independently.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete contact information (Name, Phone Number) when requesting quotes or booking services.
• You are responsible for backing up all personal data from your devices before handing them over for repair. Mobile Planet is not liable for data loss during hardware or software repairs.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of relevant taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. For online quotes, the final price is subject to physical inspection of the device at our Coochbehar store.

4. Warranty and Liability

• We provide a limited warranty on genuine parts replaced during repairs. This warranty does not cover liquid damage, physical breakage, or issues caused by unauthorized third-party tampering post-repair.
• In no event shall Mobile Planet be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products or services, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in India.

5. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or the breach thereof shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Coochbehar, West Bengal.
